Capitol reporter Eytan Wallace on Governor Newsom’s proposed constitutional amendment

(Inside California Politics) — Inside California Politics capitol reporter Eytan Wallace joined Inside California Politics co-host Frank Buckley to discuss a proposed constitutional amendment by Governor Gavin Newsom. 

That proposal, which will be introduced as a resolution in Sacramento, would create a 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution to enact several gun reforms.
